Rafael Ferreira is a licensed Ontario paralegal, a Notary Public and a lawyer qualified in Brazil. His professional background brings together legal practice, experience within the Brazilian judiciary and client representation in Ontario.
In Brazil, Rafael served as a direct judicial adviser to a judge at the Court of Appeals of Rio Grande do Sul. Working closely with the judge, he conducted legal research, analysed case records and prepared draft judicial decisions. This role gave him a close understanding of how evidence, legal arguments and procedure inform judicial decision-making.
That experience continues to inform his work at Fast Legal Service: examining the details carefully, putting information in context and helping clients understand the reasons behind each proposed step.

Rafael holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS) and a Paralegal Graduate Certificate from Durham College in Oshawa. His academic background also includes postgraduate legal studies in Brazil.
